Digital Content Manager

Our client, a global household name, is looking for a Digital Content Manager to support the Head of Digital & Innovation in developing and implementing the content strategy of the organisation. 

You will need to measure the effectiveness of messages and channels and using measurement and research tools such as Google Analytics, produce detailed insight and action reports. The successful candidate will understand and champion content accessibility for a global or local audience depending on clients’ requirements and ensure all digital content is up-to-date, relevant and accurate across all channels.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Educated to graduate level or equivalent
  • Fluent English with knowledge of another European language desirable
  • Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player whilst able to work autonomously
  • Ability to interpret online usability and accessibility standards for onsite delivery
  • Delivery oriented, and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • A strong understanding of content creation; writing, editing and uploading content
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Good understanding of user experience and user journey creation
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines where ideas and plans change regularly
