A leading leisure and travel business in Bury is looking for an experienced Online Acquisition Marketing Manager to focus on driving traffic to the company website using varied digital channels. This is a key role within a growing business to help drive growth in sales over the coming years.

In this medium size business, you will handle both the strategy and implementation of their Online Acquisition. You will work across multiple digital channels and be able to see the direct impact of your campaigns and the difference they make on sales.


- Work alongside our PPC agency to identify and implement new opportunities within search
- Maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the PPC accounts through account analysis and testing
- Provide detailed analysis on performance at campaign and keyword level to ensure awareness of any key changes in campaign performance
- Identify SEO opportunities working with the Digital Content Manager to deliver effective content with strong organic value
- Create and deliver a plan to track SEO performance effectively and own the strategy working with the Digital Content and Merchandising Manager to improve organic traffic performance
- Analyse weekly and monthly reports against KPIs and total online performance
- Working with the Brand Manager, Digital Content & Merchandising Manager or external agencies designers in the creation and set up of new display banners and ensure they maintain relevance throughout the season.
- Identify and grow a community of key influencers through a variety of online channels to become promoters of the company brand
- Track and report on key metrics to identify and grow on successes with the express aim of acquiring new customers
- Provide technical and online specialist support to the Sales & Partnerships Manager to improve proposition for new and existing affiliate partners


- Strong experience and understanding of online marketing channels, with a demonstrable background in search (PPC and SEO), display and social media.
- Excellent Excel and general reporting and analytical skills
- This role would be ideal for someone who has learned the key aspects of online acquisition working for an agency, and is looking for a first opportunity working client side or someone who has 3 years + experience for a client side online trading company
