What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who’ll enjoy taking control of an existing portfolio of clients, consisting of start up’s, digital agencies, challenger brands through to globally recognised ecommerce businesses, many of which come knocking on our door regularly for technology and development talent on a permanent and contract basis. With an eye to growing business, you’ll have the ability to open new doors through intelligent and targeted business development activity and equally important; have a knack for identifying and attracting candidates within a competitive market that calls for pace, real engagement and dedication. We’re in it for the long term; our candidates come back to us time and time again from the service they receive.

You’ll be supported in your quest by the brilliance of our dedicated marketing manager, the strength of our partnerships with organisations such as TechSPARK, Drupalcamp and Bristol Media (to name a quick few) and a reputation for ADLIB being so much more than a recruitment company.

What experience you’ll need

A background in Technology and Development recruitment is going to be pre-requisite for this one, as is a history of success for a decent amount of time in one place. You’ll be able to speak knowledgeably about PHP, .Net, Javascript, IOS/Android, testing and more, enjoy attending regular networking at regular partnership events and have the ability to truly consult with our clients face to face.

You’ll also enjoy ditching the suit, shedding the KPI’s, having autonomy and working for a company where you can take the role wherever you want to.
