Senior Employee Communications Manager- Financial services
City, London
£70,000-80,000 (dependant on experience) + bonus

Our client, a global Financial Services organisation, is looking for an experienced Employee Communications Manager in the Financial Services sector.
You will be responsible for the development and roll-out of global communications campaigns and leadership communications across the business.
* Create compelling content and messages using story-telling to engage employees about the progress and priorities of the organisation.
* Use employee insight to inform and assess communications.
* Provide advice on campaigning and global communications to campaign stakeholders and the network.
* Work collaboratively with the communications network to deliver communications activities
* Track and measure the delivery and impact of employee communications campaigns and leadership communications.
* Provide insight and counsel to senior management and campaign stakeholders.

Skills and experienced required:
* Current/recent experience in an employee/internal communications role gained in the financial services sector.
* Strong experience developing and delivering campaigns.
* Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
* Broad knowledge of the financial services industry and global marketplace.
* A proven track record in developing, managing and implementing employee communication plans.
* Strong knowledge of communication trends and best practice.
