Senior appointment opportunity for a startup experienced Head of Growth Marketing / Growth Hacker / Head of Acquisition Marketing for fashion orientated, discovery based mobile shopping platform (B2C).

Funded tech startup seeks brilliant, enthusiastic, passionate, Head of Growth Marketing / Growth Hacker / Head of Acquisition Marketing candidate.

The missing link in our core founder team, the Head of Growth will be responsible for development and execution of the company's full marketing strategy across all marketing channels in order to drive explosive customer acquisition and promote brand awareness.

The Responsibilities

  • Creation and implementation of full UK and international marketing strategy
  • Development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns with focus on rapid customer acquisition
  • Creation of social, viral, and organic referral campaigns
  • Growth of the brand presence across on and offline channels
  • P+L responsibility for the marketing strategy across multiple channels
  • Performing effective and thorough analytics of all marketing activity, measuring effectiveness and optimising all campaigns
  • Achieve explosive growth, in line with company target
  • Create a marketing team to formulate and deliver a comprehensive acquisition marketing campaign.
  • Lead tight knit team, with the potential for growth, while getting involved in the execution of campaigns.

The Candidate

  • Strong experience of marketing strategy
  • Startup experience/background
  • Growth-hacking mind-set and strong experience working in a small team environment that has driven breakthrough customer/business results
  • Strategic and creative mind set with proven success in driving consumer acquisition and finding new avenues for driving brand revenue and visibility
  • A strong knowledge of all marketing channels but with focus on social media (Facebook black belt) and viral mechanics
  • Consumer Marketing is key, B2C experience/expertise essential.
  • Proven experience in delivering rapid growth for rapidly scaling companies.
  • Excellent analytical skills (AB testing, LTV, ROI, Google Analytics etc.) essential
