Senior Creative Marketing Executive
Highly successful Display and POS company in Warwickshire is looking to hire their first Senior Creative Marketing Executive who will take ownership of marketing activity.
This is a unique opportunity to join a family run, expanding business as their first and only marketer, brought in to monitor return on investment, take control of a 'big picture' strategy and actively manage the company's marketing activity. Working with the senior management team, you'll devise and implement marketing plans that will truly drive the business forward. It will be your job to identify new approaches and assess the success of existing ones, so the post holder won't just be an experienced marketer, but will also possess a real entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for business, and will know how to successfully 'sell' their ideas. In addition to the wider marketing strategies, you'll also be handling the day to day marketing activity, with a particular focus on digital, such as updating web content, improving social media pages, liaising with digital agencies and improving Google rankings. As this is a wonderfully varied role, your responsibilities will also cover more traditional marketing, such as writing and designing collateral, handling inbound marketing, direct mailers and developing creative marketing concepts and designs to present to potential customers. You'll also assist the sales teams with market research and support material such as presentations and creative proposals. What we're looking for
We're looking for a highly skilled marketing professional, with a creative mindset and five to ten years' solid experience. It's important to find the balance between someone who is capable of carrying the marketing responsibility on their shoulders, but who also isn't averse to taking a 'hands on' approach. The buck stops with you where marketing is concerned, whether it's the most basic of tasks such as ensuring there are no spelling errors in a web article to the most senior of duties such as devising a comprehensive marketing plan for the following financial year. You may already be working as a Marketing Manager and simply relish the thought of a new challenge like this, or maybe you are currently a Marketing Executive who craves more responsibility is able to prove that they are ready for it! Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a must. It would also be a real bonus if you have previously used Hubspot software, as the company would like to explore the possibility of using this for inbound marketing. It's imperative that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as you will be working with internal and external customers at every level.
What's on offer?
Salary on offer is a basic package of £25,000 plus a monthly bonus. Unique working hours of 7. 30 am to 4. 30 pm, which should help you miss the traffic or get a seat on the train!
