Since their inception, this online retail group has enjoyed considerable growth and due to this they are now in the market for a Creative Email Marketing Executive to join their venture.
Although this company has only been around for four years they’ve certainly made an impact in the e-commerce industry; enjoying year on year growth and becoming a global entity which boasts a £10m turnover. Due to this growth, they are now looking to create a world class team which is budding with technical expertise and talent, hence their need for an experienced Creative Email Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Customer Retention Manager, the Creative Email Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and analysing email marketing campaigns that drive first time and repeat purchases. You will support the email marketing strategy focusing on driving revenue at agreed COS and CPA levels, making sure that all the company’s emails create the buzz that the brand requires. Your responsibilities will include creating HTML email marketing campaigns to help drive product sales, loyalty and retention, as well as ensuring all email campaigns are fully responsive for all email providers and platforms/devices. Additionally you will track and analyse all email campaigns and write reports on engagement, ROI and interaction. And last but certainly not least you will be responsible for upholding the company’s brand vision and standards as well as group objectives, strategy and tactics and think like a customer, all the time, every day.
What we’re looking for
For your application to be successful you will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a creative email marketing role, (not a little bit email marketing experience gained as part of an all-round marketing role) you have a thorough understanding of the importance of email as part of the customer experience journey and a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention. You will have a great understanding of HTML and Adobe Creative Suite, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
