A fast-growing retail brand are currently looking for an ambitious SEO Executive with deep knowledge of current off-site & on-site SEO techniques. This privately owned and profitable business has experienced strong growth since 2007 and is currently trading at an annualised turnover in excess of c£180m. They were featured in the Sunday Times Fast Track list of rapidly growing businesses for the last 2 years running and they offer a dynamic and exciting environment to work in. 
What you’ll be doing
The website is entering a new phase of growth and development and this role is central to the future of the business online. Working closely with the Marketing & Social team (and reporting to the SEM Manager) you will revisit the SEO strategy to re-inject natural search growth that will also reduce the dependency on paid traffic. This will include suggesting and implementing advanced level optimisation techniques to the website with a keen eye on site speed, backlinks, URL optimisation and mobile/tablet optimisation.
What experience you’ll need
As the teams SEO Executive you’ll bring attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment. A solid background in Search Engine Marketing and proven commercial SEO experience with a track record of page optimisation. A strong understanding of search engine-friendly web site design and ability to make critical design and technical recommendations to the web developers. Experience in developing and carrying out comprehensive link building strategies. Social media experience including, but not limited to, Facebook, twitter, Pinterest and YouTube. Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics. Excellent data interpreting, analytical and problem solving skills.  A knowledge of Google AdWords and other leading PPC networks is preferable but not essential. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
