SEO Specialist (German Speaking)

This global fashion company is searching for a German speaking SEO specialist to help them continue their rapid growth plans. You will be based out of their brand-new luxury office space in Central London, in the heart of the digital district.

About the Role...

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a German speaking SEO specialist to continue to expand their skillset. Directly reporting into the SEO Manager of this multi-national fashion retailer, you’ll be responsible for:

  • The organic performance of the company throughout the German market;
  • As well as being solely responsible for the keyword strategy you will be involved in: on-page optimisation, competitor audits, tech recommendations, influencer outreach and content creation;
  • Create meta data and on-page tags for required pages in German;
  • Generate outreach and link building event ideas to build relationships with influencers and bloggers in Germany;
  • Identify competitors in the German market and monitor their SEO efforts, incorporating learnings into your own strategy;
  • Implement regular tests and present your findings back to the digital marketing team on a monthly basis.

About You…

  • More than 2+ years SEO experience working in-house or at an agency and speaks fluent German;
  • A good understanding of the wider fashion industry, including knowledge of fashion ecommerce sites, blogs and fashion magazines in Germany;
  • Has previously worked with some of these SEO tools; Screaming Frog, Botify, BrightEdge, Advanced Web Rankings, Search Metrics, Moz and Google Analytics;
  • Intermediate understanding of Search Engine optimisation (SEO) and have a strong understanding of on-page SEO techniques;
  • Degree related to a creative subject or digital marketing;
  • This is ideally going to be someone that runs their own blog or website.
