CRM & Website Specialist job based in London for a FTSE 250 firm, paying competitive market rate

Key information
You will play a vital role in the newly restructured Marketing team. Along with a long term focus on website ownership and optimisation, you will be responsible for steering through the transition of a new venture - plugging CRM functionality into the website to move us away from brochure-ware and towards proactive lead gen. You are responsible for the overall structure and presentation of the website content, as well as ensuring this adheres to the digital governance and branding. Underpinning all of this will be a strong relationship with the data, to ensure any insights generated are used to pass on high quality leads.

You will have a strong digital background - well versed in organising and updating a large website and a fully integrated CRM. Demonstrable experience with content creation/optimisation, improving user journeys based on market/audience insights, and CRM implementation will all be required.

  • Experience with a content management system is essential, with confidence in HTML also required.
  • Evidence of implementing and using a CRM programme is essential (ideally Marketo but not totally necessary). Particular focus here on how the candidate has used branded content to generate leads
  • Experience of working with a multi-staged customer journey required, with familiarity of each stage of the sales cycle / customer lifecycle prior to purchase/conversion.
