Web Content Manager
Join a brand new team, working in the expanding digital services studio of a well-known brand in central Birmingham.
As Web Content Manager, you'll be part of the Digital Services Team, managing the web content for a number of high-profile brands within the food and hospitality sector. The role will see you ensuring that content on all sites is up-to-date, accurate, and in line with brand and editorial guidelines, involved in web campaigns and editorial content, and managing, coordinating, and developing the web presence of these brands. Duties of the role would include updating and deploying content, managing and organising digital repository, working with the brand teams and digital colleagues, generating new content and creative copy, and driving web analytics. On top of this essential experience, you should be keen to learn new skills as part of the wider digital services team, and happy and able to work collaboratively and to provide assistance on other web projects.
What we're looking for:
It is absolutely essential that you: have experience of managing web content for a number of brands; ideally have an understanding and hands-on experience of Adobe AEM content management system (or a similar CMS platform); have experience of working in an agency; have Google Analytics Advanced Accreditation; are able to work under pressure to tight deadlines with absolute accuracy; have good copy writing skills and a technical understanding of CMS. The ideal candidate will have all this relevant experience, as well as experience of multi variant testing, and may be a junior/executive looking for the next step in their digital career; experience of online table bookings, ratings, and reviews would be advantageous.
