CRM/Email Marketing Executive
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated CRM/Email Marketing Executive to join the CRM Team at Nottingham Trent University. NTU is widely acknowledged as one of the UK’s most innovative and forward thinking universities, with CRM and email activity being integral to its marketing success.
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for email marketing and a desire to manage and deploy effective and efficient emails that support our communications across the customer journey.
As the CRM/Email Marketing Executive you will assist the CRM/Email Marketing Coordinator in managing email marketing activity for internal clients in line with CRM plans. With knowledge and experience of email proofing, building and data querying you will have responsibility for deploying email and other data reliant campaign activities from review through to segmentation and deployment.
You will have a good understanding of analytics, in particular email analytics, and a great eye for detail delivering right-first-time data queries. With excellent time management and organisation skills you will have the ability to deliver under pressure. Good communication and team working skills are essential.
You will have demonstrable experience in executing CRM campaigns in a b2c or b2b environment, experience of working in a data-driven environment and be proficient in using any commercially geared Email marketing system.
