Head of Digital Marketing
This dynamic and world leading financial services provider is looking to significantly upscale its digital capabilities. The company is going through some significant digital transformation as it seeks to implement its new digital marketing strategy. This strategy is centred on the journey and satisfaction of the customer, and will involve a total rework of the current customer journey and Digital platform. An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic digital specialist to take ownership of the digital strategy and execute significant change across the business.
The role will involve ownership and reworking of a variety of digital channels such as digital acquisition,(SEO, SAM, display), website performance and optimisation, user experience and social media strategy. The right candidate will be responsible for optimising and building online marketing campaigns as well as the development of analytics of campaigns with a real emphasis on return on investment. The company is looking to significantly improve its digital acquisition and retention strategy and will be looking to the Head of Digital to significantly upscale this. You will work closely with senior stakeholders as you seek to implement the new strategy across all digital platforms.
The successful candidate will have significant experience within a fast paced consumer digital marketing environment. You will have superior knowledge of digital media management and measurement tools. You will be degree educated and have a firm ability to influence and persuade others to align themselves with the new digital strategy.
