THE ROLE :
As a Programmatic Account Manager you will play a role in the day to day management and development of Programmatic Account Managers and Executives, as well as development of core areas of the Mindshare Trade Desk
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the day to day planning, execution and coordination of Programmatic campaigns
- Accountable across all client campaigns for reaching and optimizing to client KPIs including reach and frequency, viewability, CPA, brand lift and engagement.
- Supporting the department on progressing position in the ‘agency space race’ by developing the programmatic pillars of Strategy, Creative, Operations, Activation and Analytics.
- Running a team of Activation Managers and Executives, management their personal development, day to day workload and appraisals
- Practical understanding and a minimum of 4 years experience in delivering Programmatic campaigns from at least one DSP.
- Experience of managing a Programmatic team
- Experience of developing Programmatic pillars
- Good project management skills
