Key Purpose

Our Client is recruiting for a Digital Production Coordinator to join the Digital Creative Content Team.

Working closely with the project management team, you will be responsible for trafficking the team’s workflow, maintaining planning documents and production tools and driving operational efficiencies.  You will need to build strong relationships with internal teams and should enjoy multitasking and problem-solving in an extremely fast-paced but fun environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the project management team to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the Digital Creative Content Team
  • Trafficking online creative requirements, from briefing, through design, development and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and timelines adhered to
  • Coordinating and managing the team’s workflow – sourcing and communicating requirements, allocating and prioritising briefs and managing change
  • Ensuring the effective use of project management tools (i.e. ASANA) and supporting the refinement of production process
  • Contributing to and maintaining team planning documents
  • Assisting in the planning and production of digital creative shoots

Skills and experience

  • Outstanding admin and organisational skills
  • PC literate (Microsoft office)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Understanding of digital creative production processes

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently and collaboratively across functions
  • Ability to work at pace on multiple concurrent projects, managing workload to deadlines
