CRM Creative Producer
We are looking for a driven, high energy, DM/CRM specialist, Creative Producer to be part of a team of highly skilled producers across multiple disciplines. You will work into the Head of Delivery and Project Leads to use your skills and experience as a Creative Producer, to take a project from production brief through to final delivery.
You will own the campaign media plan and delivery of creative content to enable project and campaign fulfilment for all CRM focused communications. You will be working with the creative teams, tech and strategic partners to maximize engagement and creativity. You will need to acquire the necessary and appropriate resources, internally and externally to meet project needs and establish the best creative production and project delivery services possible. A good understanding of email development languages and tools is an advantage.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -
Extremely strong understanding of DM, Email and Print and experience of art buying
- Day-to-day management and execution of CRM focused projects, for a wide variety of output, on schedule, and within budget
- Superb multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while consistently delivering quality work and maintaining strong communication with your project team
- Being accountable for the production budget, timing plan and agency process
- Communicate to Project Lead the overall health of assigned productions and projects
- Traffic work through planning, creative, tech and studio
- Being able to brief 3 party suppliers and creative partners to ensure right first time delivery
- Owning the media plan and communicating all deliverables to the team
- Being passionate about producing and delivering the best creative without jeopardizing schedules and budgets
- Manage the organization and delivery of final hi-res production files
- At least 4 years’ agency experience
