This highly respected creative agency love all things digital. This love of tech and its application is reflected in their extensive client list that includes the likes of Microsoft, Fujitsu and IBM to name a few. Based in a vibrant Buckinghamshire location their uniquely decorated offices never fail to stimulate the mind. They are now looking to expand their team of nearly 80 strong seasoned marketing masters and require an account manager to work on some important accounts

An Account Manager would be expected to manage all client campaigns on brief, on time and on budget all whilst delivering excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently and effectively - on brief, on time and on budget.
  • Understand the client - their business, products, objectives, marketing ideas and creative likes and dislikes.
  • Understand different marketing activities, when to use them and how to optimise each activity.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services that would support client objectives and work with the Account Director to deliver them
  • Fully understand agency processes and systems and how to progress projects as efficiently as possible
