Our client is a leading cloud technology company, looking for a Developer to join their ever expanding, ambitious team.

THE ROLE OF DEVELOPER:

To lead the technical implementation and development of the company website, plus other upcoming web projects and initiatives including Portal and eCommerce capabilities.

To roll-out responsive pages and or microsites in an easy, repeatable and timely manner. To develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tablets.

To work with internal and third parties as necessary to develop integration points with support and management systems e.g. Sunrise, Odin, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power BI where required.

Work closely with the Marketing team to implement the required SEO and Marketing Automation capabilities across the company’s web properties.

Extend and develop web theme and functionality in line with Marketing Team needs to drive web traffic and enhance the customer experience

Assist with development of internal sites where required to ensure the brand is consistent across internal applications, creating and maintaining stylesheets for use across systems

Manage CMS and or themes/templates, widget updates, ensuring the system is up-to-date and protected against security breaches

Keep up to date with the changing web trends, CMS functionality and capability and play an active part in recommending improvements and implementing ideas.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR DEVELOPER:

Knowledge of Microsoft .Net Framework

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL

Experience with CSS systems such as LESS and SASS to compile style files

Self-motivated individual keen to drive projects forward and work to completion

Team-player actively seeking to support digital marketing projects

Ability to translate technical requirements and challenges into jargon free communication

Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with grey areas

Uses the department goals to prioritise workload
