Digital Analytics Manager

We’re talking self-service, web chats, customisation, and growth year on year. You’ll make it all possible. That’s why we’re growing our Marketing team. Investing in it too. And creating new opportunities to drive our success – as well as your own.
In this brand new role, you’ll set our digital analytics landscape. Deciding what tools we use, how we use them, and what we need to be doing next. You’ll have technologies like Google Analytics 360 and advanced competitor analytics at your disposal, but it’ll be up to you to shape the way we use technology to improve the way we do business.
This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with a multi-talented Digital team, making changes to the way we work and shaping the way a modern analytics function should be run. You’ll have the opportunity to build our Tableau expertise too (but don’t worry if you don’t have any experience with it).
We’re looking for an analytics expert with an in-depth knowledge of at least one leading-edge web analytics tool, ideally Google Analytics 360. The ability to work in partnership with web development and digital teams is important too. As is the hunger to lead a function. You’ll need to be an outstanding communicator with a genuine passion for all things digital, helping to keep us ahead of the curve when it comes to analytics, and happy to present your ideas at Board level.
