Are you an experienced Product Marketing Manager looking to expand your career and become a world-class product leader?   Do you see an exciting future career in building and growing new product lines?  As a gutsy HighQ Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for our growing portfolio. You will work closely with our Executives, Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Digital Marketing teams to craft messaging and conceive innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into business benefits for different audiences is crucial. You will become a product expert and the primary product evangelist. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager, you will also focus on sales enablement and understand how our clients buy and their buying criteria. You will be our internal expert on the competitive landscape and help optimize our sales process and collateral. In short, you will give our sales team the competitive edge they need.

Your Role

Together with the Product Management and Marketing teams, you’ll:

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, visuals, and themes that differentiate our products
  • Develop insightful use cases that intrigue customer interest and show immediate value
  • Create concise sales tools, battle cards, and use cases to our sales and channel teams that articulate our value proposition and support the selling process
  • Plan the launch of new product releases and manage cross-functional launch plans
  • Be the expert by evaluating our competitors' strengths and weaknesses with insightful analysis
  • Create quality white papers, product videos, website copy, blog posts and track how these drive product demand
  • Work with customers to create case studies and customer success stories that promote customer evangelism
  • Understand our buyers to learn how they buy and their buying criteria; collect and analyse data
  • Assist sales on demos and calls to provide deeper insight and points of differentiation
  • Identify and nurture customer evangelists to promote our cause

Your Essential Skills / Qualifications

  • You are an experienced technology product marketer within the B2B space
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail; are a charismatic presenter and are comfortable with all channels; written word, webinars, conferences, online media
  • You have excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, customers, partners and prospects
  • You’ll have experience of executing targeted campaigns using email marketing or marketing automation
  • You’re comfortable performing research and building competitive analyses
  • Ideally you’ll hold a BA/BS degree in IT, science, engineering, business or are gutsy

HighQ operate their production infrastructure out of 12 geographically separate data centres from 6 different countries including US, German, UK, Australia, UAE and Jersey. We are headquartered in London, with a large offshore development team in India and sales offices in the US, Netherlands, Germany and Australia. Having seen considerable growth in recent years, we are looking to hire a very strong Product Marketing Manager as we scale up the marketing team.
