Digital Communications Officer
Our client is a leading housing provider looking for an enthusiastic Digital Communications Officer to join their passionate team.
THE ROLE OF DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER:
Be responsible for creating great content for our customers and advising colleagues how to provide impactful, relevant communications always using the right channel at the right time.
Support the Digital Content Strategist in researching customer needs and translate these into engaging and dynamic multimedia communications campaigns and materials for all our customers.
Oversee the production of our printed materials as well as our digital content and make a substantial contribution to our print and digital customer magazines to ensure they remain relevant and engaging for all customers.
To support the delivery of Catalyst’s digital communications strategies, helping to ensure that our identity and brand are used professionally and effectively across the internet. Including the main website, sub-sites and third party websites.
To produce website analytics, evaluating campaign activity and promoting delivery in digital communications to internal stakeholders. To produce analytical reports which track and measure our online engagement with customers that can be used to inform our development of the website and the range of digital channels.
To work with the in-house Branding & Production Team and external suppliers to commission writing, editing, design, film and other communications collateral; to work with colleagues in Branding & Production to support the print on demand system.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER:
A great eye for a story and developed understanding on how to present information across all channels
The ability to plan and project-manage complex communications campaigns, using different channels to reach and influence different audiences.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills, including the ability to guide and influence more senior colleagues on communications matters.
The ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple projects, work to deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of SEO and increasing website traffic.
Experience of writing content across a variety of channels, including social media, website, email, print and e-magazines
