Senior Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading construction company looking for an intelligent and experienced Senior Marketing Manager.

THE ROLE OF SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER:

Creating and developing marketing strategy
Management of an assistant operations marketing manager who will support this role and also deliver campaigns and events for the development business
Management of the overall marketing plan across all marketing channels including the review of all activity against KPI’s to inform future investment
Manage agencies and engage with key stakeholders to provide marketing expertise to the project team.
Develop an exemplar digital place strategy, to include website and social media.
Lead the strategy and brand approach of excellent internal and external communications with stakeholders, staff, local communities, target markets, local authorities and partners in order to protect and build the reputation of the brand
Work with Corporate Affairs and the project’s Communications Manager to drive the delivery of the placemarketing PR plans, media relations and award entries
Develop and manage place marketing budgets, timelines, naming/address and brand development strategies to ensure marketing targets and KPIs are met
Manage agencies on advertising plans and campaigns (for online, print and outdoor media)

Communicates clearly and effectively with a wide variety of people both formally and informally
Confident in the following marketing disciplines; creative brief writing, understanding market research, campaign planning, setting and measurement of marketing KPI’s, understanding digital KPI’s
Delivering and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns.
