The FMB is the largest trade association in the UK construction industry, which champions continuous improvement in building standards. Members of the FMB (Master Builders) are professionally vetted and independently inspected on joining and they can offer a warranty on their work. Once companies pass our vetting criteria and become Master Builders, they can access a range of business support services to help them grow, improve and protect their businesses, including promotion on FMB’s free Find A Builder service.
We require an ambitious and experienced Marketer who can demonstrate a strong understanding of current online and off line marketing concepts, strategy and best practice to ensure the FMB continues to grow.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic B2B and B2C marketing plans across the FMB in order to attract new members, retain existing members and help grow commercial revenue. The post holder will also be required to raise awareness of the Master Builder brand with consumers and promote the use of Master Builders as trusted quality builders.
As online marketing is always changing and new technologies and tactics become available, we require an individual with substantial knowledge of digital marketing to include SEO, content marketing, video, google AdWords, social marketing and programmatic to ensure we maximise marketing opportunities.
We are looking for someone with leadership skills and the passion and drive to make a positive contribution in this role. You will have exceptional communications skills, with the proven ability to drive business growth and interact effectively at all levels.
