Overall purpose of the job:


Lead the content strategy and execution. Tell compelling brand and customer stories via multiple formats and for multiple mediums primarily digital. Ensure content is created, optimised, kept up-to-date and relevant to buying cycle stages. Create and develop brand voice and style.


Key responsibilities for this job:


Editorial governance of brand voice, style and tone Produce and manage content production schedule in alignment with marketing campaigns Write and produce compelling content for multiple mediums for lead generation campaigns, social engagement, brand awareness and employee communications Work closely with Digital Marketing Lead to ensure content is optimised for SEO and supports digital strategy Work with multiple stakeholders from product, marketing sales, senior management and partners to produce content including: whitepapers, guides, case studies, videos, infographics, blogs, social posts. Work closely with Digital, Design and Marketing team to produce content that is tailored to our core audiences and meets marketing objectives Knowledge and experience required:


Ideally from a BtoB software/IT marketing/content production background 5 years experience in leading content marketing in BtoB from editorial to production Search Engine Optimisation advanced experience in developing content for digitally-led marketing practices in BtoB Experience in creating style guides, maintain brand voice Demonstrable expertise taking complex technical solutions and turning into compelling stories Social media - developing brand presence and engagement with content Strong written and creative abilities Measuring and tracking of content distribution and engagement Key skills
