We need your help to do this…

The Head of Marketing (Europe) is a new role within the company and will be responsible for achieving the revenue and growth targets our European markets (currently a total of 10 European websites). The Head of Europe will work closely with the senior marketing team in order to maximise ROI across all marketing channels both online and offline. Working closely with the Marketing Director to meet the overall company growth objectives in the European territories, they will provide the business with expert knowledge of international marketing and eCommerce. 

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the responsibilities of this role include: 

+ Develop and continuously improve marketing strategy across all European markets in line with the overall marketing strategy, brand identity and company objectives
+ Full P&L ownership for all European markets/websites and management of marketing spend 
+ Day to day management, development and support for country management teams
+ Liaison with the wider marketing team (Brand, CRM, Acquisition & eCommerce) to establish priorities, co-ordinate marketing campaigns and request support where appropriate
+ Innovate and ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns in order to maximise new customer acquisition, customer retention and country revenue 
+ Reporting and forecasting for all European websites
+ In-depth analysis of sales data and use of actionable insight 
+ Project management of new territory launches 
+ Liaison with product team on product range and new launches 

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?

+ An impressive background in eCommerce with clear and demonstrable P&L experience
+ Strong leadership and mentoring experience 
+ Experience of fast growth, international environment
+ Understanding of the main growth drivers (particularly all elements of performance marketing such as PPC, Affiliates, Display)
+ Education to at least degree level (MBA preferred)
+ Strong communication skills
+ Enthusiasm, good humour and ambition 
+ Any knowledge and interest in sports supplements and/or fitness is a strong advantage
