Digital Marketing Coordinator
You will work for a highly regarded finance training and conference provider with a blue chip client list.
The position is suitable for someone with experience of working in a B2B marketing role where digital marketing was the primary method of business generation and need creation. A thorough understanding of digital marketing including email marketing, SEO, analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics), CRMs and website management is essential.
Desired but not wholly essential experience includes supplier and project management, social media management, understanding of CMS systems (WordPress) and Ecommerce platforms.
Experience of a service based product would be advantageous as will a genuine interest in the financial services industry.
The company needs someone to lead the digital revolution of the company. You will successfully manage the budget allocated for new marketing automation and CRM tools and align their workflows to the internal processes; ensuring an impressive ROI.
Substantial knowledge of CRM systems would be advantageous as the candidate will be required to specify a CRM system, brief suppliers and negotiate with suppliers, launch the system and translate CRM analytics to enhance internal processes and improve the company's email marketing strategy.
