The Digital Project Manager will take responsibility for start to finish project management of digital and creative deliverables in an agency environment. This may involve working directly with clients, or in partnership and collaboration with one of the multichannel communications agencies within the group.

Responsibilities include:
- Confirmation of brief, project definition
- Budgeting
- Timeline development and maintenance
- Management of risks and dependencies
- Agency/client liaison and some testing.

Project Managers also respond to new business requests, understanding client needs, and using their expertise to lead the forming of solutions in collaboration with our internal experts. Maintaining a keen awareness of trends in digital communication and in the healthcare sector is essential.

The Project Manager ensures that project goals and scope are clearly understood and documented, and they co-ordinate multiple resources to orchestrate successful delivery. The Project Manger must therefore develop excellent working relationships with internal teams, build a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings and the needs of our clients, and effectively manage internal resources and budgets.

- Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects for global clients.
- Understand client needs and make recommendations for digital and creative deliverables to meet those needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of trends in digital communication, with particular reference to healthcare.
- Prepare 'confirmation of brief' style documentation to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project budgets using a range of charge-out rates and currencies as required by clients.
- Work with multiple internal teams for resource allocation.
- Develop, maintain and communicate project timelines.
- Maintain a full understanding of project requirements, and ensure these are understood by internal and customer teams.
- Functional testing of completed digital projects, and maintenance of issue logs.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Management of content QC reviews.
- Manage, assess and communicate risk.
- Maintain an excellent understanding of our product and service offerings and how they are applied.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, and communicate with them regularly.
- Provide detailed weekly reports of your projects to your manager.
- Leading and motivating internal delivery teams.
- Effective presentation of ideas and project plans to client, in person and in writing.
- Participate in training and maintain knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory compliance guidelines.
