Working for a Premium High street Retailer you will be Reporting into the Senior E-Commerce Manager, your role as the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager will be to run the Optimisation and the on-site Personalisation project with the assistance of our Conversion Rate Optimisation Platform Supplier. As CRO Manager you will take ownership the site-wide optimisation strategy plans and ownership of the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce lead the on-site personalisation project
- Manage the relationship with our CRO supplier
- Creating testing plans, providing test recommendations on copy, images, layouts, and offers to produce high value optimisation project case studies
- Program/project management of all conversion rate optimisation and personalisation tests Produce clear concise technical documentation experience and understanding of client business needs
- Managing technical implementation projects to tight schedules and precise deadlines
- Modifying existing web pages, using HTML
- Quality Control and Testing formats to ensure a cohesive customer experience
- Responsibility for all test launches
- Analysing multivariate testing data and compiling executive summaries of key findings for clients
- Attend Weekly Meetings with the Trade and Performance teams - Present findings and produce recommendations
- Working with the Commercial Web Analyst to confirm results and find new opportunities
- Supporting business development, sales, product support, and marketing initiatives across the company

- Strong planning skills
- High attention to detail and quality of work
- High energy - looking to learn and help make improvements and drive change
- Ability to work under tight timelines and quick turnaround
- Extremely detail-oriented self-starter with a 'get it done' attitude
- Strong presentation, interpersonal communication and persuasive skills, and the ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively in high-pressure, multi-tasking situations
- Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with statistical analysis or experiment design a plus
