The Role

Client Success Manager - Paid Social Media Software - Germany
€40,000 - €45,000 + bonus

As a Client Success Manager for their Paid Social Media Platform you will work closely with a selection of Germany based clients including major agencies and brands / direct advertisers. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their account using project management skills, strong technical know how, and taking a consultative approach to address client needs. The role offers a lot of variety and suits those looking to work in a fast paced environment - not being stuck behind your desk / email inbox!

Joining a growing team (6 so far, but growing fast!) your role will include:

  • Helping definite strategy and tactical implementation for Paid Social Media - particularly Facebook Direct Response 
  • Becoming an expert on the technology platform
  • Actively building relationships your portfolio of clients
  • Assisting in monthly and quarterly client account reviews - looking for ways to improve performance
  • Coordinating the onboarding and training of new clients
  • Managing incoming support requests and resolutions

You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring greatl outcomes for your clients, driving high levels of satisfaction to retain business, and opening opportunities to increase account value.

And You

To be a successful Client Success Manager you will show a passion and dedication for delivering outstanding client support. You should have deep knowledge of social media- especially Facebook Direct Response. You'll have a desire to continuously learn and develop your skills in Social, as well as a more general understanding of Mobile, Search, and Display advertising.

You should 

  • Speak both German and English to a Business Fluent level
  • Have 2+ years of Paid Social Media campaign implementation and management experience
  • Be passionate about delivering great results for your clients
  • Show excellent communication and project management skills
  • Thrive in fast paced environment
  • Be prepared to travel within Germany to meet with your contacts
  • Enjoy working as part of a growing team
