A truly fantastic opportunity has arisen for a fantastically creative, content focused and analytical Customer Marketing Executive to join a growing ethical organisation based in Wiltshire. You will be part of the marketing department, reporting into the Marketing and Communications Manager and have a real passion for storytelling, analysing figures and running campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

For this role you will need to be fantastic at copywriting, creating amazingly engaging, persuasive content for both your b2b and b2c customers. You will be experienced in delivering digital campaigns, projects and activities. You will have a keen eye for working with KPI’s and figures, with the ability to analyse and translate them into clear and captivating content for your campaigns. As part of the wider marketing team, you will have a real focus on customer engagement, working collaboratively to help the organisation reach its impressive future digital goals. You will have ownership of projects and campaigns from initial concept to delivery. You will be liaising with multiple teams, interpreting data in order to deliver on strategy to improve the output of the digital offering of the organisation. This is a fantastic and varied role for an enthusiastic and confident digital marketer with a passion for customers, flair for copywriting and a keen analytical understanding.         
What experience you’ll need

You will need to be super enthusiastic and creative type for this role and have a strong foundation in marketing, a proven track record of delivering successful acquisition, retention and cross-selling activity across a range of media. You will have top notch copywriting skills for both on and off line, have decent experience of working in a specialist digital marketing role. You will need to be experienced in end to end campaign management while working within time and budget constraints. With this role, you will be speaking with stakeholders from many departments so you will need to be confident, positive and tenacious, able to overcome obstacles and be a fantastic relationship builder.
