Backed by a larger group they’ve seen impressive growth that has acted as a catalyst for further innovation with numerous new product lines.

In this key leadership role you will work alongside the marketing leadership to devise and develop the online customer acquisition strategy. You will build and lead a team of digital channel owners and marketing professional to deliver performance marketing and customer growth across multiple channels including paid search, natural search, display, affiliates, email and social. You will be adept at identifying new growth opportunities and ensuring they are maximised as well as owning the online customer journey and driving effective commercial agreements with digital partners.

You’ll be a analytical and strategic thinking with a proven experience of building and delivering digital strategy and initiatives that are built on robust testing. Whilst winning the hearts and minds of your team and key stakeholders with your vision you’ll also instil a performance and conversion orientated approach. A background in digital acquisition is critical for this role, though experience in banking or financial services is desirable but not critical.
