Social Media Account Director - Manchester - c£40-55k

Large, well-respected PR agency based in Manchester, is looking for a Social Media Account Director to join their team, following a number of recent high-profile wins.

Working across the agency'sB2C and B2B accounts, you will play a key role in digital, content and strategy for well-known brands within the retail, sport, construction and entertainment sectors. You will manage a small team, overseeing the delivery of campaigns that include social media management, content generation, content distribution, influencer management, social/display advertising and some SEO/SMO. You will be a key figure in proposal writing and client management, able to work strategically with your clients (and the rest of the agency team) to get the most out of their online presence. You will lead the agency's digital and content offering, driving excellent and innovation in digital strategy, creative, technical execution and evaluation.

You will have at least 4 years' agency-side experience, with at least two in a managerial role. You may come from a PR, media, digital or marketing agency, but the important experience is social media and online engagement. You will ideally have both B2B and B2C experience, and be used to working to tight deadlines across a varied portfolio of clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the biggest players in online PR outside of London, working across great clients and within a really solid team.
