As a Client Services Manager you will be responsible for planning and executing the full life-cycle of account activity for a portfolio of key accounts. This will include strategic planning, campaign management and execution, and post-campaign reporting and review. You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring highly successful outcomes for your clients, driving high levels of satisfaction to retain clients and open opportunities to increase account value.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring campaigns are optimized to exceed client goals
  • Managing ongoing existing account management alongside new client pilots, short-term managed accounts, and consulting services
  • Partnering closely with product development, sales, and technical account management / support to share insights, drive platform development, and capture new opportunities
