Customer Success Manager | SaaS | Mar-Tech

The Company 
A SaaS business in Marketing Technology that's revolutionizing Affiliate and Partner Marketing. They're growing fast, working with some of the world's best known brands, as well as expert niche players. They offer cutting edge technology to manage and optimise marketing and advertising campaigns. Just a small selection of their partners and clients include: Spotify, Expedia, Adidas, Emirates and Santander.  
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a team of seriously talented and motivated specialists, in a fast moving and rewarding environment.   
The Role 
As a Customer Success Manager, you will have your own portfolio clients (advertisers and publishers) - you'll work closely with them to ensure they're getting the best from the platform and achieving their goals, and spotting opportunities to maximize revenues.

Your role will include: 

  • Building strong relationships with your Clients and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Working with clients to build a deep understanding of their targets 
  • Helping develop innovative marketing programmes that deliver measurable success
  • Providing direction and leadership, whilst also rolling up your sleeves and getting directly involved 
  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell and convert accounts to star-performers 
  • Analysing and presenting performance data, and leading account review meetings
  • Managing and negotiating client renewals and retention  

And you
You'll have experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally in a SaaS or similar tech business. You'll love building strong relationships with your clients and get a buzz from helping them achieve great results.

You'll have a track record of success developing partnerships and client relationships, using various communication tools including phone and email, and especially face to face meetings.

Other things we'd like to see:

  • Industry knowledge of Retail, Travel, Media, or Financial Services
  • Great Communication skills - written, verbal and face to face
  • The ability to prioritise, and to handle changing focuses

Prior experience in Affiliate Marketing and Partner Marketing is a bonus, but full training will be given to everyone (their product is unique).
