Marketing Manager

Working with an established design and props business we are looking for a Marketing Manager, this role works closely with, and supports the Business Director and Senior Brand Project Manager, to raise the company's profile, maximise income through obtaining new project briefs and contribute creatively to business development. In this role you will provide valuable support to a small and very dynamic team and will be comfortable carrying out routine tasks individually and as part of a team.

Able to work on their own initiative, you will be happy to liaise with individuals and will use your creativity to help all team members; however your main role will be to drive business opportunities. You will be a strategic thinker, always seeing the bigger picture of business development and striving to achieve profitable company growth. A portion of your time will be spent on new business generation so an interest in this is essential. A passion for the creative, retail industries is also essential.

Desired Skills and Experience


  • Proven experience in business development through marketing, at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Retail industry experience essential
  • Extensive working knowledge and experience in digital marketing including; SEO, PPC and Google Analytics
  • Strong marketing planning skills
  • A degree/similar qualifications preferable
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in Wordpress advantageous
  • Highly efficient, organised, a strong planner, problem solver with great time management/prioritisation skills
  • An ability to work on a large number of tasks at any one time under tight deadlines, working under pressure
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite an advantage


  • A degree/similar qualifications in an appropriate field advantageous
  • First Aid at Work Certificate advantageous
