It is critical therefore that as they continue to grow they do not lose sight of the attitudes and behaviours that underpin our success.

Based in Windsor, they are looking for a talented, committed Account Director to join their healthcare team. Your overall responsibilities will be to inject positivity and inspiration into the Client Services Team as well as nurturing clients to deliver outstanding, innovative programmes that meet their brands strategic needs. You will have overall responsibility for the direction and momentum of pre-specified accounts and all associated programmes and  be accountable for the resources in your charge and manage them to deliver the client and agency’s commercial, creative, technical and human objectives.  The primary objectives of the Account Director are: to ensure the successful development and implementation of client campaigns; to identify and progress strategic development and new business opportunities with existing clients and to identify and progress new business opportunities outside the existing client base.

The ideal candidate will have a science or nursing degree and experience in working within a healthcare communications agency, ideally within the digital environment.
