This is a new role in the team managing all digital marketing campaigns for a well-positioned B2C ladies fashion brand. The site has been trading for a number of years but they’ve still a way to go, in particular on the digital marketing side of the business. What’s exciting if they’ve experienced strong growth despite not using these acquisition channels to their full potential, setting an excellent platform to see amazing results in the years to come.

What you’ll be doing

Aside from managing an agency on the SEO side of things, this role will involve working on a range of channels including email, paid (traditional PPC and display advertising) and social media. Being able to draw insights based on Google Analytics data will help shape your strategy and budget management, but you will be in charge of implementation on the day to day so being comfortable with a ‘hands on’ approach is very important. They have an executive working on content for the site, however a creative writer and content manager will help boost conversion rates (CRO). The company trades at about 50% UK and 50% global sales, so you’ll have exposure to working on an international scale as well.

What experience you’ll need

We’re ideally looking for a digital marketer who has worked for an eCommerce business, however those with strong digital marketing experience in other areas, or from agency side, will still be considered. Being a fashion brand, knowledge in this market would be a real plus but an interest and passion for this market is far more important. In terms of digital experience, you’ve really got to be hands on and have extensive knowledge of paid search campaigns (PPC and/or display, in particular social), social media and SEO. Experience working on the other channels outlined would be a bonus.

What you’ll get in return for your talents

The chance to work for a fast-growing boutique fashion brand of course! Salary on this one is around the £30k mark, but applicants with really relevant experience pushing £35-40k will still be considered, so definitely work applying. This really does depend on experience though.
