About Us:

We're LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor, part of the Celesio Group of companies and a pioneering online service that helps people avoid seeing a doctor face-to-face by offering safe, confidential diagnosis and treatment. Last year we had our millionth patient use our service and we've won awards for innovation from the likes of the British Medical Journal and Retail Week.

We have an exciting opportunity for a CRO manager to join our innovative online Doctor team on a permanent basis. In this role you’ll be responsible for improving acquisition, conversion and retention across various channels, and for growing the Online Doctor brand.

You’ll take an iterative and data-led approach to optimising our websites by proactively finding and testing opportunities to improve our efficiency and productivity.

Based at our recently refurbished offices in Marylebone, this role will report directly to the Head of eCommerce and will be responsible for using quantitative and qualitative analysis to continuously optimise the websites for KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, exit rate and social engagement, and analyse data to find insights, trends and opportunities for improvement or expansion.

The successful candidate will support the team in maintaining and updating the UK and Irish websites and blogs using our content management systems, and you’ll work closely with our CRO and PPC agencies and in-house specialists, supporting campaigns and identifying new opportunities.

The successful candidate must have proven experience in a digital marketing capacity such as a CRO specialist or Digital Marketing Executive. We require you to have proven experience using A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, Maxymiser, or VWO, as well as experience with analytics software, preferably Google Analytics. A data-led, logical and inquisitive approach is highly desirable for this vacancy.

We are looking for colleagues who share our passion for innovation and caring for people, who can help us to shape the future of healthcare and meet the constantly changing needs of our customers.

This role is based at our Lloyds Online Doctor Offices in Marylebone, London.

Please note the closing date for applications for this vacancy is 30/11/2016.

However, if we experience a high volume of applications for this post, it may be necessary to close applications prior to this date.

We would therefore encourage all applicants to apply as soon as possible.
