This Integrated, West London Agency are tops in their field and masters at change and evolution. From the early days of a promotional and shopper background, they've grown to offer broad digital - web, apps, social and mobile and a further ATL element within all their thinking.

They are proud of their change, their growth and are now needing more people to join them to help service a wider client remit and superb organic growth - as part of this, a Senior Account Director with strong FMCG experience is required.

The Role for the Senior Account Director

Reporting into the Managing Partner, you as Senior Account Director will manage 2 x Account Directors and lead a wider team of 6 people. The team is solid in delivery and very experienced, but they need a Senior Account Director to help further grow their business and clients.

As such we're looking for a Senior Account Director who can work in a truly collaborative fashion, have a contagious passion for great work and be very hungry to drive new business and grow existing clients.

Organic growth will be a strength of the successful Senior Account Director - you'll be able to demonstrate recent wins/growth and proven experience. And you'll thrive on building strong (and fast) client relationships.

To do this, the Senior Account Director will also have the wider support of key stakeholders across the business including planning, creative, production and the social media team. 

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Account Director:

  • Business development and organic growth of existing clients
  • Leadership and direction to the FMCG account team - ensuring best in class client service and best practice throughout
  • Be a senior voice within the all agency environment
  • Help manage team workload and team development
  • Drive the strategic element within the client work

Key requirements for the Senior Account Director:

  • At least 8+ years agency experience 
  • Solid FMCG client experience
  • Proven track record of growing client business
  • Confident and proven Digital and Social experience - within the Integrated environment
  • Ideally you'll have started within FMCG, Shopper or Promotional and grown to deliver Integrated work
