Who you’ll be working for

Working for a Leading Outdoor Sports Specialist Organisation, reporting to the Head of CRM and Content  you will be part of a growing and fast-paced eCommerce team focussing on Cycling and Running products.
What you’ll be doing

You will be managing and developing the cycling and running sites presence on Social Media including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest , Linkedin and Google+.

This Social Media Executive role requires you to coordinate liaison with the customer services team and effectively manage social customer care whilst being the digital brand ambassador behind the main companies brand values with a consistent tone of voice.

You will be working with different departments to ensure fulfilment of social media requirements are met – this includes the web  team.

What experience you’ll need

To be considered for this role you will need to be a passionate, self-motivated customer focussed individual with fantastic communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience working with Social Media, following and adapting to social media trends understanding and developing communications. Medium – advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, alongside excellent written English and time management skills.
