This booming fashion eCommerce business requires a Head of Digital - Fashion to oversee their entire digital marketing strategy. They have experienced unpreceded growth in the last two years and are now entering the American market, so they need a new Head of Digital - Fashion who has the drive and passion to take them to the next level of business growth.

The candidate for this role will take the reins of the digital marketing function and will measure success through the acquisition of quality traffic, cementing their brand, increasing customer loyalty and overall company revenue.

The right person for the role will be obsessed with getting to the heart of their customers and what they want and need through the analysis of their online behaviours across all relevant channels and building and maintaining a loyal customer base. They will thrive in a fast-paced energetic environment where no two days are ever the same. They will ooze enthusiasm, enjoy what they do and not be afraid to let that show! They will report to the Managing Director and will have an opportunity to travel internationally for business to further understand their business and customers.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Head of Digital - Fashion

  • Manage the digital marketing function, drive traffic and the conversion through PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display and Paid Social
  • Ensure the global business targets for Return on Investment are met
  • Provide insight and recommendations to the business on the best ways to attract the acquisition of customer acquisition
  • Create and implement strategies for growth across current and new markets and make sure that all digital channels would in unison to achieve growth and achieve business acquisition targets
  • Oversee the reporting of the individual digital teams, making sure that all recommendations and actions are taken care of
  • Ensure all budgets are adhered to and gain the best return on investment
  • Manage a strong digital team and drive to deliver the very best for the business
  • Anything else that may be relevant to business need

Skills and Attributes of the Head of Digital - Fashion

  • Previous experience working with international markets 
  • A positive, enthusiastic demeanour with a genuine passion for digital
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment where things can and will change at a moment’s notice
  • Experience leading a team in a similar role can hit the ground running but can also take on board the companies own values
  • Self-motivated, with gravitas and able to engage and communicate with all types of people on all levels
  • A flexible working approach, and able to travel when required
  • Strong management skills
