The Role

Working closely with the CEO and Client Services Director, you'll be an instrumental part of the client servicing team. Supported by an organised, friendly and approachable Project Manager, you'll work together to deliver on client expectations across a variety of digital projects, everything from branding and design to complex web projects.

You'll be part of a creative and collaborative team that includes designers, developers and digital marketing experts, so the ability to work together as a team is paramount.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing excellent relationships with clients and be a primary day-to-day contact
  • Helping the client services team deliver across the digital spectrum, to include web design and build projects, content strategies, search and email campaigns and more
  • Supporting the Project Manager with the co-ordination of multiple projects simultaneously, dealing with the wider teams to achieve against the digital plans
  • Thinking commercially at all times, up-sell and cross-sell services where applicable and appropriate

About You

The successful candidate for this role will be, first and foremost, a team player with exceptional communication skills. We're looking for someone who wants to join a small, but thriving agency, and be a key player within this. Fit with the wider team is vital but don't worry, they are a fun, laid back bunch!

You'll ideally have at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role and will be a naturally inquisitive and creative mind who is always looking to deliver the very best. You'll also need to be passionate about the digital landscape and be keen to learn about emerging trends.
