Digital Marketing Coordinator

Is with a membership organisation, based here in London. They are responsible for helping guide and assist organisations around the world settle disputes.
Your new role
Is working within a marketing team of five to help create a digital marketing plan for the organisation. This is a new role, so you will be the go to member of staff for all things digital marketing, from implementing a new CRM system to member engagement and retention. You will have a strong input in the building of a strategic digital marketing plan, leading the way in analytics. This is not a content heavy role, although you will be writing content, and we are looking for a candidate with a good technical knowledge of systems and various online platforms.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a candidate who can not only autonomously, but also within a team. You will be working closely with the events and membership team to improve communications with existing and potential members. The successful candidate will have experience with member retention and creating digital marketing campaigns on both internal and external channels. Having experience with creating a digital marketing plan is crucial. You must have good knowledge of Google analytics and CRM systems. As a part of you role is content writing, you must have good verbal and written skills. Ideally you will be experienced in proof reading and writing content to a wide audience.
