Digital Marketing Executive

We are excited to support a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive / Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in driving the lead generation for an established, highly successful digital agency.

Whilst the successful candidate will lead and manage the campaign activity (email, ppc, social, display) to generate interest and inbound leads for the sales teams, you will also work closely with the digital account managers on campaign execution and data capture, gaining close insight into effectiveness and results.

In parallel to owning the lead generation process, you will also work closely with the internal sales teams to support the end to end process from nurturing the leads through to pitch and close stage. Consequently, having a good knowledge of CRM workflows and excel will be important.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of the lead generation process
  • Managing the CRM system for the company
  • Managing and executing digital marketing campaigns including email, pay per click, social and display
  • Analysing website analytics to assess marketing effectiveness
  • Assigning leads and ensuring they are actively worked on by your sales colleagues
  • Weekly reporting
  • Attending industry and key client events
  • Communication with key clients by phone, email and in person
  • Supporting the sales team

Key skills

  • Excellent communication skills are essential - both written and oral
  • KPI and deadline focused
  • Strong knowledge/experience on digital platforms and CRM systems
  • Motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • A multi-tasker that can manage multiple activities and be able to work at pace in a fast moving environment
  • Intermediate use of Word and Excel are essential
