A rare opportunity to join a tech start-up as their first permanent hire into digital marketing.
Owned by a serial entrepreneur who has a demonstrable track-record in building stable and profitable companies, this client has already made significant strides forward. To give some context, the last company the owner grew leapt from three permanent employees to 350 in the space of a few years. He’s hugely ambitious and his enthusiasm is infectious.
The idea is unique and has never been launched before.
As a Digital Marketing Executive (don’t’ be put off by the job title, they’re a start-up), you will be the first hire into digital. As such you will be tasked with co-forming the strategic plan, building the relationship with their agency and embarking on a test and learn journey to ultimately build their customer numbers.
We need ambition. Someone who wants to be Director of Digital in three years’ time. Someone smart who can recognise an opportunity when they see one.
You will need to have a strong academic background and have spent the past 2-3 years in a challenging digital marketing role. You will be a candidate of very high potential – someone with strong opinions and leadership capability.
This is without doubt the most exciting role we have ever recruited at this level. Any candidate who meets the client will immediately buy into heir vision and energy. Who wouldn’t want to share in the success of an early stage tech start-up.
