FWD Thinking are working with a well-known restaurant brand based in the centre of Bristol. Working closely with the supervision of a Senior Graphic Designer the role is to create engaging designs according to requirements to produce quality work to deadlines. For this role, you need to be highly creative and have a sharp eye for visual detail with a goal to creating impactful designs for the business.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand project requirements and concepts
  • Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes
  • Produce final design solutions (e.g. logos, banners, interfaces)
  • Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent creative output that meets the brief, on time and on budget and in line with brand guidelines
  • Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects
  • Use feedback from team to improve work
  • Manage and prioritise workflow, handle high workloads and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools


  • Degree in Graphic/Web Design or related field
  • A minimum 2 years' experience producing full integrated on and offline campaign work in a similar role
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proficient in HTML5, Rich Media and Flash, with CSS knowledge, along with experience of working in JavaScript and PHP / MySQL
  • Experience in responsive web design and an understanding of the latest web design trends
  • Ability to use a range of Content Management Systems and update websites quickly and accurately
  • Enthusiastic to work across a wide range of channels, including print, press, digital, direct marketing, social media, display, email, web and mobile
  • Excellent attention to detail with a good understanding of layout and typography
  • Confident in all aspects of the production of designing print and digital marketing assets with a handle on artworking, formats and processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Confident, reliable trustworthy with a "can do" attitude
