This progressive and forward thinking company is looking for an innovative and commercially minded Senior Digital Marketing and Communications professional to undertake a new role of Head of Digital. This is a prime opportunity within a fantastic and innovative property organisation for a seasoned Head of Digital with a wealth of experience working in digital transformation projects.
Your new role
You will be responsible and have autonomy over all digital communications and marketing materials and own the design and implementation of all digital solutions. You will have responsibility over major website and intranet development. You will be expected to liaise with the Director of Communications and work and manage relationships with key stakeholders in leading the development of the organisations digital communications, marketing and online services in alignment with the organisations change programme. You will be responsible for leading and developing and nurturing the digital team. You will be expected to oversee the organisation's digital communications and marketing strategy and to provide professional advice and support ensuring all developments are fully integrated and efficient.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful applicant will have extensive background in major website and intranet development with a strong background in change and transformation digital communications and change project and programme management. You must have a proven track record of excellent digital services and product management development and implementation. You will have 4 direct reports so experience in team management and a relevant qualification is essential. You must have experience in budget responsibility and business awareness with excellent management skills and a thorough understanding and ability to communicate the complexities of digital communications and marketing.
