Digital Marketing Coordinator

Are you a Digital Marketing Coordinator/ Social Media Executive? Do you have exposure to retail, leisure, F&B, retail parks or shopping centre marketing?? Are you looking to progress in your career?

  • The purpose of this role is to use online marketing tools and techniques to drive footfall and increase engagement with the tenants of the shopping centre.
  • This person will be responsible the implementation of digital marketing strategy and the and development of consumer websites.
  • With a business which has an outstanding reputation throughout the property market UK wide; home to numerous senior-level marketers that have experience overseeing strategies for some of the UK's most prestigious retail and leisure destinations and shopping centres that can share industry knowledge and support you in your growth.


  • Drive and manage annual digital plans for both centres to support key business and campaign objectives, ensuring all activity is in line with national digital
  • To manage, implement and drive digital strategy, explore new initiatives and deliver compelling digital campaigns that drive footfall, visit frequency and dwell-time, as well as retailer sales and market share for the shopping centre, whilst consistently working for the benefit of the landlord.
  • Support the Central Marketing Team, Regional Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager by helping to scope and then roll-out of new digital group-wide initiatives, campaigns and activities across shopping centres.
  • Actively drive, monitor and champion key performance indicators for all digital
  • Proactively report on all digital activity as required, including campaign evaluations, monthly reports and quarterly
  • Responsible for all marketing communications online including websites, social channels and digital media recommendations and implementation as part of centre marketing and event.


  • You have experience working in a Digital Marketing/ Social Media focussed role for a minimum of 1-2 years
  • You are creative thinking with strong communication and relationship building skills
  • You have experience in Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Microsoft office and Google Docs
  • You are passionate about social media, for example, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin.
  • You have excellent time management and prioritisation
  • You are outgoing and innovative
  • You have strong interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent digital skills
  • You are accurate and precise
