Since its launch three years ago this loyalty programme, launched by a major financial services company has grown exponentially and has around 2million members and is designed to reward customers with a flexible range of benefits and drive incremental sales for retailers as well as provide valuable insight into customer behaviour.
The company managing the programme is a fast-expanding, innovative and award-winning technology and services business, at the forefront of the revolution in customer insight and loyalty, fuelled by payment sector transactional data. They are now seeking an experienced Account Manager, who will be responsible for managing the relationships with a selection of their retail clients on a day to day basis. The role will entail maintaining key elements of the service and developing and managing a range of marketing campaigns to ensure the retailers are maximising their investment in the programme, including developing promotions, marketing communications and product propositions.
The business is seeking ambitious people who have worked in either an agency, consultancy or in a retail environment managing CRM, affiliate marketing, loyalty or data-led marketing campaigns. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be keen to join a young vibrant company that is growing rapidly and want to be part of an innovative marketing initiative.
