The Job

The Programatic Director will be one of the most senior roles within the business, You will define and lead the programmatic offering and be play a pivotal role in the success of the business.


Predominantly you will be responsible for digital strategy, a team of activation experts, delivering plans, working with the clients to grow their consumer base as well as physical presence and programmatic prowess. Working with the wider team you will help to conceptualise plans with the client. You will work with the creative agencies to ensure that there is partnership in the relationship and with your informed opinion and strong attention to detail to drive forward the business objectives.

The clients already have a strong relationship with the agency but you will continue to develop this so that all briefs are actioned quickly and you can efficiently challenge briefs when appropriate and smoothly manage the expectations of both clients and internal teams.

You will need

Proven ability in Digital planning and buying from an activation, performance or account management perspective.
Experience in digital display, video, out of home and both brand and DR are desirable.
Experience in programmatic advertising and working with detailed campaigns and manging a team doing this too.
Previous experience of managing
Experience of multiple DSP's
Demonstrable experience in planning, implementing, managing and optimising campaigns
Understanding of the broader digital marketplace and the latest innovations and media adventures
Excellent relationship building technique and an engaging attitude
Can demonstrate that you have constructively challenged your clients and worked with them to develop campaigns that secured a real competitive advantage
Good client facing communicator with some experience of presenting to clients and stakeholders


ABOUT YOU

Experience in interactive marketing with a leading online advertising/consulting agency, network, advertising exchange or optimization firm.
Knowledge of analytical methodologies and tactics for optimizing interactive marketing campaigns.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies.
Expertise in working with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, ad networks & aggregators, ad servers, and/or other optimization platforms.
Experience with statistics and related analysis methodologies.
Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly.
Ability to investigate, analyse & solve problems, and clearly communicate results.
Eagerness to get hands-on to figure out how things work.
Excellent client service approach and ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
